Refund Policy for All Caps Resources

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded. However, we may offer a refund under certain circumstances:

- If the digital product is found to be defective or significantly different from the product description.

- If you experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing the purchased materials.

To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us within 2 days of your purchase date, providing detailed information about the issue you encountered.

2. Physical Products

If we offer any physical products, returns and refunds for these items are handled as follows:

- You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them.

- We may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund unless the return is due to our error, such as incorrect or defective items.
