REFUND AND REVISION POLICY FOR ALL CAPS RESOURCES

At All Caps Resources, we are committed to providing specialized educational materials. Due to the proprietary nature of our digital content and the specific logistics of our physical product fulfillment, all sales are considered final upon purchase confirmation.
This Policy is strictly enforced to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and operational resources. By placing an order with All Caps Resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the stringent terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products: No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once the download link has been generated or access granted, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances, regardless of whether the content has been viewed or downloaded by the customer.
Digital products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure their technical setup (hardware, software, and internet connection) is capable of downloading and viewing the materials prior to purchase.
Limited Exception for Proven Technical Failure on Our End: At our sole discretion, we may consider a refund request only if a verifiable technical fault originating from All Caps Resources' servers completely prevented access to the content. You must notify us within 24 hours of the original purchase timestamp with compelling evidence of the technical failure. Inability to access content due to user error, browser incompatibility, or third-party software issues does not qualify for a refund.
2. Physical Products: Final Sale and Customization Clause
2.1 Standard Orders (Final Sale) To ensure operational efficiency and maintain product integrity, all physical products purchased are considered FINAL SALE and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, errors in ordering by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the standard product specifications.
2.2 The "Prior Specification" Clause A product is only considered eligible for a potential claim if the customer provided specific, unique requirements or specifications in writing before the order was finalized, and All Caps Resources explicitly agreed to those specifications in writing.
If you did not specify any uniqueness, preferences, or specific requirements prior to delivery, you implicitly accept the standard specifications of the product delivered. Consequently, no refund or return request will be entertained on the basis that the product does not suit your unstated needs.
2.3 Claims for Non-Conforming Custom Orders In the rare event that a pre-agreed custom specification (as defined in 2.2) was not met by us, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to rectify the issue by providing a replacement product that meets the agreed specifications. A refund will only be issued if we are unable to provide a conforming replacement. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the sender's expense.
3. Policy on Revisions and Modifications
All products (digital and physical) are considered complete and final upon delivery.
Any requests for revisions, modifications, adjustments, or additions to purchased products/services after delivery are not included in the original purchase price. Any such revisions will be undertaken entirely at the client’s expense.
Revision requests will be treated as a new scope of work and billed at our current standard hourly rates or fixed project fees, payable in advance. All Caps Resources reserves the right to decline any revision request.
4. Limitation of Liability and Financial Protection
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, All Caps Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party related to the products.
In no event shall All Caps Resources’ aggregate liability for all claims relating to the products exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies against any financial or legal repercussions asserted against the company.
5. Refund Process (If Applicable)
Refunds are only processed in the extremely rare circumstances outlined in the limited exceptions above, subject to our sole discretion and verification.

You must include your order number, verifiable proof of purchase, and clear, compelling evidence supporting your claim based on the narrow exceptions allowed in this policy.
If your request is approved following our internal investigation, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a timeframe determined by our banking partners (typically 7-14 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the absolute right to modify, alter, or update this Refund and Revision Policy at any time without prior notice. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy prior to every purchase.
